Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role involves promoting and selling our innovative Blaz+ products to a wide range of clients within the blockchain and fintech industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for Blaz+ Smart Contract Real-Time Analysis and Blaz+ Alert products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the blockchain sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and recommending tailored Blaz+ solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
- Provide feedback from the market to the product development team to help shape future product enhancements and releases.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote Fuzz.land Blaz+ products and build professional relationships.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the blockchain, fintech, or cybersecurity sectors. Tracking experience of annual sales over $1M.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and smart contracts security.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
